Our client, a multinational technology company that specializes in Internet-related services and products, is looking for a highly skilled Go-to-market Program Manager.
This position is full time, for one year, and fully remote.
About the Role:
The Go-to-Market (GTM) team is seeking a highly motivated and organized Go-to-Market Program Manager to support a wide range of GTM activities, with a particular focus on Marketing and Sales Enablement. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent project management and communication skills, and a passion for the cloud technology space.
Responsibilities:
This role will work closely with the Head of GTM and the broader GTM team to support the following key areas. While this is not a fully exhaustive list, these are the main areas where support is needed:
Marketing Support:
Contribute to the development and execution of marketing initiatives to generate awareness and demand for Google Cloud Consulting services.
Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, such as presentations, one-pagers, blog posts, and social media content.
Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
Help maintain and update the Google Cloud Consulting external website, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with the latest messaging and marketing campaigns.
Sales Enablement:
Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales enablement resources, such as sales guides, battle cards, and training materials, ensuring that resources are up to date, accessible and useful for the sales team.
Manage updates and improvements to the internal sales enablement website
Support the delivery of sales training programs and workshops.
Help track the effectiveness of sales enablement efforts and identify areas for improvement.
Event Program Management:
Support the planning and execution of major Google Cloud events and other industry events, including:
Timeline management
Logistics coordination
Content development support (both marketing and sales enablement content)
Stakeholder communication
Post-event analysis and reporting
Website Management:
Maintain and update the external website, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with the latest messaging and marketing campaigns.
Manage updates and improvements to the internal sales enablement website ensuring resources are up-to-date, accessible, and useful for the sales team.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across various teams (e.g., sales, marketing, PR, analyst relations) to drive engagement and alignment on GTM initiatives, particularly those related to marketing and sales enablement.
Communicate project updates, gather feedback, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
GTM Project Support:
Assist with a variety of GTM projects and tasks as needed, such as:
Market research and analysis
Competitive intelligence gathering
Tracking and reporting on key GTM metrics
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in program management, marketing, or a related role, preferably in the technology industry. Experience in both marketing and sales enablement is highly desirable.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and presentations for both marketing and sales audiences.
Experience with website management and content management systems (CMS).
Experience supporting event planning and execution.
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and the cloud technology landscape is a plus.
A proactive, self-starter with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
