Our client, a multinational technology company that specializes in Internet-related services and products, is looking for a full-time Program Manager + Marketing Writer for a 6 month contract.

This work is 100% remote- based in US (EST or CT zones)

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing & Communication:

    • Apply marketing principles to event promotion and content development to maximize audience engagement and attendance.

    • Leverage excellent written and verbal English skills to create compelling event descriptions, emails, and internal briefing materials.

  • Program Management & Planning:

    • Support the end-to-end planning and execution of all corporate events

    • Develop detailed event project plans, budgets, timelines, and vendor specifications for each event

    • Support with amplification around Cloud Consulting (Customer success stories, LinkedIn amplification, Blog amplification and internal process follow ups &other GTM executions)

  • Rigor & Tracking (Follow-Up Focus):

    • Establish and maintain a rigorous follow-up and tracking system for all event-related tasks, deliverables, and registration goals.

    • Relentlessly track and manage all post-event activities, including lead submission, sales follow-up, and attendee feedback collection, ensuring zero drop-off in the pipeline.

    • Conduct post-mortem analysis for every event, summarizing key metrics (e.g., attendance, cost per lead, pipeline generated) and providing data-driven recommendations for future improvement.

    • Ensure all event activities adhere strictly to budget and compliance standards.

Qualifications

  • Essential Skills & Attributes:

    • Demonstrated history of outstanding follow-up, attention to detail, and accountability in a program or project management capacity.

    • Exceptional organizational skills and proven ability to manage multiple complex, simultaneous projects under tight deadlines.

    • Proficient in using event management and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Cvent) for tracking and reporting.

    • Great verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory for coordinating global/executive-level communications.

    • Fast learner with the ability to quickly master event technology platforms and internal processes.
