OFFICE OPERATIONS COORDINATOR - BALLINGEARY, WEST CORK

 

Bárd na nGleann, a leading provider of technical writing services, is looking for an Office Operations Coordinator to join the team. This is a great role for someone who is highly motivated, organised and would love to work with an international company and co-ordinate and monitor office operations. It will ideally suit an experienced administrator who is looking for that next step in their career in a role in a fast-paced company.


This is a full-time position- 32 hours per week- over 4 days.

This role will be based at our Bárd offices in Ballingeary, Co.Cork for an initial training period of 3 months with a hybrid option there after.

About the job:

  • liaising with multiple stakeholders

  • processing payroll

  • supporting the existing Office Manager and H.R Manager as required

  • building strong relationships with other staff

  • dealing with people (other staff, candidates, clients, etc) in a professional, courteous and friendly manner whilst maintaining a positive approach

  • emails, typing, filing, handling post

  • other general administrative duties


What we’re looking for:

  • previous administration/accounting experience

  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • experience with Xero

  • ability to prioritise workloads effectively

  • positive and friendly, with the ability to work well equally as part of team or independently

  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels

  • a confident communicator with excellent telephone skills

  • highly organised with a systematic approach

  • ability to prioritise multiple projects/conflicting priorities

  • strong PC /IT and Microsoft office skills

  • a positive can-do attitude to work

  • a self- starter, reliable and discreet
