Technical Writer- Data Center experience

Our client, a multinational data center company, is looking for a detail-oriented technical writer.

This is an initial  3 month contract-immediate start- with a view to longer term work.

This work is remote- based in Eastern time zone.

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of technical writing experience – minimum 2  years in data center environments

Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Strong ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely

Excellent written and verbal communication

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Analytical thinking and problem-solving

Collaboration and stakeholder engagement

Responsibilities:

Create, maintain, and improve documentation supporting data center operations, infrastructure, and services

Support regulatory and compliance requirements

May require occasional travel to data center facilities
